The procedure:

1. When you enter the forum-site it is in Dutch. Don't worry, when you get logged in with your Username and Password, it is in English.
   Type your username in the field "Gebruikersnaam" and your password in "Wachtwoord", then click "inloggen"
   
   
2. If this is the first time you want to log in (not having a Username and Password), click "Registeren" (=register) on top of the first page ("forumoverzicht"), or click on "Registreren" in the Login-page.
   Read the terms and conditions !. When you agree, click "I agree...".
   Complete the form, make your choices; don't forget "Language" , (when you set the language on English, next time you login the site is in English).
   The Administrator will send you a confirmation-e-mail to check the validity of the given e-mailaddress. Just click the link in that e-mail and your account is activated.
   
   
3. Now login with activated Username and Password and you are in ! After a few seconds the sites tuns into English.
   
   
4. Klick the forum / subforum you want go to.
   
   
5. Choosen a (sub)forum you see the Topics. Now you can start a new topic, or, after a click on an existing topics, make a "Reply".
   
   
6. A simple texteditor opens and you can make a message.
   
   
7. When there is a format given (in red on top of the mssages) and/or in het textfield you are editing, follow these rules, please. Give a brief description of the topic in "Subject" ( not only crap like "question."
   Remove the brackets and edit/fill in the demanded information.
   
   
8. In the forums "WANTED ride" and "OFFERED ride" please fill in by "subject": Date, location of departure and Destination.
   In the main-textfield please follow the instructions: modify the text between the brackets, and remove the brackets.
   
   
9. Never write your full name or address , phone-number , e-mailaddress. This is for privacy/security-reasons. Contacting another member/user by Personal Message (pm) or e-mail via the site, is secured.
   
   
10. After finishing the text click "Preview" to see what's going to be you message. If agreed, click "Submit"and you message is in the forum.
    Clicking on "save" means that the message is stored as a Draft, but not published. You can find it By clicking "Control Panel" -> "User Control Panel" -> "Overview" -> "Manage Drafts" Here you can change, publish or delete it.
    
    
11. Later you can change your own messages or remove them. When your message is not current anymore, please remove it. Otherwise the Administrator of Moderator will do so.
